A wood-fired table for two to twelve, right in the middle of the room. Book the bar for a quick martini and a bar snack, the floor for the full tasting, or the window bench to watch St Georges Terrace go by.

The dining room runs on Mallee coals and a daily market board. Sit at the brass bar for a solo dinner, take a floor table for the long version, or claim the window bench and make an evening of it.

Table questions
Weeknights, a day ahead is plenty. Thursday to Saturday, book three or four days out — the floor fills by 7pm.
Absolutely — dinner guests get priority on salon tables. Bring your table number and the floor will find you a wheel or a deck.
For parties of eight or more we run the set menus from the menu page — three courses, one price, no splitting bills.
