A bistro that never stopped believing in Friday night

We opened in 2009 with a second-hand grill, a borrowed roulette wheel and a promise: proper food, fair odds, no attitude. The wheel is newer now. The promise hasn't changed.

The Lookbook

Marble, brass and a little neon

The room was built in 1904 as a watchmaker's showroom. We kept the pressed-metal ceiling, added a seven-metre brass bar, and let the roulette wheel do the sparkling.

Our story

The house soundVinyl jazz from 5pm — loud enough to lose yourself, quiet enough to hear the wheel.

Lighting by handEvery table gets its own brass lamp — dimmed at 9pm, on purpose.

Original terrazzoThe 1904 entrance floor survived four renovations. We polish it, not replace it.
